After unveiling their new e-tron GT, Audi just may give Tesla a run for their money! Car Consultant, Jason Grzesik, talks about the stunning new electric sports car:
The all-new Audi e-tron GT has it all: sleek style and impeccable performance specs. The all-electric vehicle is capable of producing 637 horsepower and can even accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in approximately three seconds. This expansion marks the second in the German automobile manufacturer’s lineup of EVs (electric vehicles).
Audi’s global design director, Marc Lichte, expressed that he knows Audi has been late to the race before… As he stated, “Fifty years ago, Audi was nothing compared to … main competitors” the likes of Mercedes and BMW. However, it was Audi’s ability to push the envelope with bold, progressive decisions that helped the motor vehicle make not only catch up, but overtake fellow runners in the process.
Audi is well on its way to dominating the luxury car market… But now, thanks to their EV lineup, the brand may even dominate the electric car market.
